Installation and Use of ZXSL-220 Longitudinal Tear Switch

This device consists of two detectors installed on the left and right sides of the conveyor belt. As the width distance of the tape increases, the force required to pull the metal ball out of the ball socket should also increase accordingly. Therefore, consideration should be given to extending the installation cables to other carbonyls and fixing the corresponding connection points. The second device should be installed at the corresponding (same height) position of the first device to effectively protect the vulnerable parts of the conveyor belt, which are limited to the surface of the belt. This results in the device not functioning when installed under the lower surface of the conveyor belt. However, the damaged part of the belt will be exposed on the bottom surface of the return belt. To detect this type of belt damage, the detector can be installed on the lower surface of the return belt, providing a more reliable guarantee for the conveyor belt.
